Holding Fee
Holding Fee
Once an application has been received, prospective tenants will
be invited to pay a £110 holding fee to reserve a chosen plot.
The Holding Deposit is refundable in the following circumstances
In Full
Where the Landlord withdraws the Property
Where the Tenancy commences (the deposit will be deducted from the first months rent)
In Part/retained
Where the prospective tenant gives false or misleading information or fails the right to rent check, a reasonable charge will be deducted from the Holding Deposit to cover administration costs subject to a maximum of the entirety of the Holding Deposit
Where the prospective tenant fails to progress or complete the tenancy agreement, a reasonable charge will be deducted from the Holding Deposit to cover administration costs subject to a maximum of the entirety of the Holding Deposit
