When and how can I reserve my new home?
Nuplace properties at this development are now available to reserve.
If you would like to reserve a brand new home here’s how you can do this:
- Take a look through rent prices, floor plans and details of our latest homes below.
- Once you have found your preferred plot/s, please complete an application form online.
- Due to high demand, we will be allocating properties on a first come, first served basis as long as the applicant meets the required criteria.
- We will contact everyone by telephone on a first come first served basis until all plots have been reserved. This gives us the opportunity to run through the finer details of your application including references, credit checks and to let you know what will happen next.
- Please allow at least five working days for us to contact you upon submitting your application form. This also gives you time to think about any questions you may have. Please do not call our office during this time period.
