Next Nuplace development is under way

Nuplace, has started building work at its next development in Telford.
The new site which located in Snedshill, is our ninth development and will offer 37 two, three and four bedroom properties for private rent.
Midlands’ landlord whg will also deliver a further 39 homes at this development which will be a mix of properties for affordable rent and shared ownership.
This development builds on the success of ‘Coppice Court’ which is directly opposite the new Snedshill development. 39 properties were all reserved within four weeks of launching this site to the market back in 2018.
Properties will be built by partner, Lovell Partnerships Ltd, with the first Nuplace homes being ready to move into from Summer 2020.
